The design of the carton is critical to the overall success of not only the product arriving at the customer but the complete process from assembly through to delivery.
Consider the assembly time of the carton, it needs to be quick to assemble.
Can you add a crash lock base to negate the need for tape? Are fittings too complicated to assemble at speed? Can you add a self-seal tape for closure?
