Pharmaceutical packaging is judged on traceability, hygiene and tamper evidence as much as on protection. Buyers need a certificated supplier with controlled storage, batch traceability, documented specifications and consistent, repeatable box dimensions.
What audits look for
- A certificated storage and distribution site, such as BRCGS, with documented hygiene and pest control.
- Batch traceability from board delivery through to your goods-in.
- Written specifications held on file and change control when anything moves.
- Tamper-evident closure, typically gummed paper tape or security labels.
- Consistency, so validated packing lines are not disrupted by dimensional drift.
Cold chain and insulated packs
For temperature-sensitive products we supply insulated liners, thermal boxes and coolant options, and can help you match the pack to the duration and ambient profile of the journey rather than over-specifying.
Documentation on request
Our accreditations page carries BRCGS, FSC chain of custody (C214479) and Verified Carbon Standard certificates, and we will supply a full supplier pack for your approval process the same day you ask.
