Ordering
- Is there a minimum order?
- There is no minimum on stock lines, and bespoke corrugated runs can start from as little as one, but we will advise the most cost efficient run rate depending on size and board grade.
- Can I buy a mix of products on one order?
- Yes, that's the point of a one-stop supplier. Boxes, tapes, stretch wrap, void fill, bags and protective materials all go on one order, one delivery and one invoice.
- Do you offer trade accounts?
- Yes. We can set up a 30-day credit account subject to references and credit checks. Speak to our accounts team or ask your sales contact to start the process.
- Can I get a sample before committing?
- Almost always. Our process is simple: brief, sample, supply. For bespoke corrugated we produce a physical sample on our own box-making machines so you can test fit and drop performance before you order a run.
Manufacturing & bespoke
- Can you make a box to my exact size?
- Yes. We manufacture corrugated boxes in-house at Unit 3, so bespoke sizes don't need expensive tooling. Give us your product dimensions, or send us the product, and we'll design around it.
- What is the largest box you can make?
- Our in-house box-making machines cover the vast majority of large-format and long-length requirements. Send the dimensions over and we'll confirm exactly what we can produce for your job.
- Do you print onto boxes?
- We offer flexographic printing directly and can manage digital and lithographic printing through established specialist partners, remaining your single point of contact throughout.
- Can you help reduce my packaging size or cost?
- Yes. Oversized boxes cost twice, once in board and again in void fill and carriage. We'll review what you use now and quote a right-sized alternative.
Delivery & stock
- Where do you deliver?
- We run our own vehicles across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, north London and the surrounding counties, and use trusted carriers for deliveries nationwide.
- Is delivery free?
- Yes. Delivery is free on orders over £100 within a 30 mile radius of Letchworth. Below that we'll confirm the carriage charge when we quote, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- How quickly can I get stock?
- Stocked lines are typically with local customers within one to two working days. Bespoke manufactured boxes depend on board supply and run size, and we'll confirm a firm lead time when we quote.
- Can you hold stock for me?
- Yes. We offer call-off stockholding, typically around three months' usage, so you can agree a volume, hold it with us and draw it down as you need it. It smooths your cash flow and protects your price.
- What are your opening hours?
- Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Unit 6 is our main unit, with the office and goods out; goods in is Unit 2 and manufacturing is Unit 3.
Accreditations & compliance
- Are you accredited?
- Yes. We are certified to the BRCGS Storage and Distribution standard and independently audited, and we hold FSC chain of custody (licence code C214479) and Verified Carbon Standard. Certificates and supplier packs are available on our accreditations page.
- Is your packaging recyclable?
- Our corrugated cardboard is widely recyclable and made with recycled content. We can also advise on plastic-free alternatives such as paper void fill, paper tape and honeycomb wrap.
- Can you help with PPWR and EUDR?
- We're already preparing for both. Our blog covers what the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation and the EU Deforestation Regulation mean for buyers, and our FSC certification underpins the traceability side.
