Right-size every parcel

A smaller box often drops into a lower courier band and reduces void fill weight. Because couriers charge by volumetric weight for light, bulky parcels, cutting dimensions can save more than cutting weight. We cover this in detail in our right-sizing guide.

Pallet optimisation

Designing boxes to fit the pallet footprint means fewer pallet positions per shipment. A box that tessellates well or matches common pallet heights can raise trailer fill and lower cost per unit shipped. Full pallet, half pallet and full lorry loads all benefit from consistent, stackable dimensions.

Consolidate deliveries

Fewer, fuller deliveries almost always cost less than frequent small drops. Holding call-off stock with us lets you buy at volume price while receiving smaller quantities against your schedule. You get the freight saving without the storage burden.
